Go Sporting Returns and Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. After this time has elapsed we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. You must notify us within 14 days of purchase and we must receive the item within 7 days of notification before a refund can be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, damaged or not as described. Please note we do not offer refunds in store or refunds on items that have been bought for resale. If you change your mind you are eligible for a direct exchange or store credit within the 14 day policy period if the above do not apply. Go Sporting are confident that customers will be pleased and 100% satisfied with our product.

Every item we sell is 100% authentic, of the highest standard and as described on site. As such we take the upmost care to ensure you will receive our goods well packaged and safely shipped.

In the unlikely event that your item is received damaged we can arrange a replacement for you, please contact info@gosporting.co.uk

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the provided certificate of authenticity. Refunds will be processed once the item has been returned.
